Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

  • You must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.
  • Maximum age is 25 years (some relaxations may apply for reserved categories).

Educational Qualification

      • You should have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects.

      • General category students must have at least 50% marks.

      • SC/ST/OBC students need a minimum of 40% marks.

      • For AIIMS, the required percentage is 60% for General and 45% for SC/ST/OBC.

Entrance Exam Requirement

  • You must qualify NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
  • Some institutes also accept other exams like:

An MBBS internship is a one-year practical training that every medical student in India must complete after finishing their final year exams. It is also called a Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI).
